How I wish I was running outside today. Got to the gym and the one stairmaster and ellipticals were full. I said what the heck and started running on the treadmill. Ended up running 5 in 30 mins at 1.5% incline and then 5.5 more (5:30 pace) in the next 30 mins, also at 1.5% incline. My endurance is fine, it's just a question of whether my foot can hold up. It's unclear whether running makes it worse, better, or just the same. We'll see how it feels tomorrow. Enjoy the sun! |
