Ran with Jon and Dan from the zoo to the top of Little Mountain and back. It was windy and chillier than expected. My legs were beat by the end probably because it was my longest run in at least a month and I wore Nike Frees. 7:05 pace up and averaged 6:32 for the run without pushing it on the downhill.
