How did your run yesterday affect your foot? Did you ever get it x-rayed?

From Fritz on Tue, Mar 15, 2011 at 11:07:44 from 65.116.116.6

The foot was a little sore but nothing too bad. I ran again today and it held it up fairly well. I still haven't had it x-rayed. ;) I do promise, however, to call a sports therapist guy today to see if he can analyze my running gait and foot strike. I sense that it hasn't been the same since I hurt my knee last year.

Just my opinion, but I would not have your gait analyzed until you are completely better. You are not likely running how you normally would right now. Having it analyzed now might cause even more problems. However, when you are completely uninjured there is a really great guy at TOSH that does this. I cannot remember his name, but someone there would be able to tell you it. He is from somewhere in Europe and has worked with several high-end endurance athletes. Lots of runners.
