AM: 5 miles on the treadmill at the casino, 2 quicker miles

PM: random route in Las Vegas. It was a mix of weaving along strip, a freeway to the Las Vegas sign, dirt along a railroad track, and industrial parks. My last mile along the strip took 9 minutes because I was held up by many groups getting pictures with that snowman from the movie Frozen, Darth Vader, and a Storm Trooper. I really don't like Vegas.

I think I will stick with the treadmill tomorrow.

Fun 18 miles on the Jordan River Parkway in Riverton with Jon, Scott, Mike, Toni, Taylor and Nate. Mixed in a 8 mile tempo,  averaging 5:24. Felt better than expected at the end of a 104 mile week. 

Next week will be fewer miles capped with the Striders Half Marathon on Saturday.
