AM: 5 miles on the treadmill at the casino, 2 quicker miles

PM: random route in Las Vegas. It was a mix of weaving along strip, a freeway to the Las Vegas sign, dirt along a railroad track, and industrial parks. My last mile along the strip took 9 minutes because I was held up by many groups getting pictures with that snowman from the movie Frozen, Darth Vader, and a Storm Trooper. I really don't like Vegas.

I think I will stick with the treadmill tomorrow.

I know the feeling. There are some good photo opportunities, plus you get a little stair work with the run. The treadmill is definitely the way to go if you want a quality run.

haha I used to spend quite a bit of time in Vegas when my brother lived there and I was able to find a pretty good trail system on the west side of the freeway. If you can get over to the west side it is much easier to navigate. Although the gladiator style stair climbs/character dives can be quite exciting with the right attitude.:)

Although I like the stair climbing and dodging action heros, I stayed on the TM for the remainder of the trip. The only regret I have is not finding Pawn Stars.
