Third, I am so glad to see you running again.
Fourth, when I grow up and am a real PT I think we should figure out how to get our bodies so well balanced that we can skip all of this injury business! :)

Star gazing and watching an abnormally bright planet (I stand corrected) isn't a physical activity but since it's such a rare occasion I deemed it worthy to mention on the blog. Let me know when you have all the PT answers because I am hopeless.
