Allie, Unfortunately not much progress and the running definitely makes it worse. Booo.. I think I need to see a doctor again. Good luck at Draper Days. 18:15 for sure.

Fritz, I'm reading your blog more and more as you are pretty much going through exactly what I am these days. There's so much frustration that goes with not being able to train the way you want. Not having regular racing goals is driving me crazy too.
