568 floors in 1 hour on the stairmaster. I guess my new goal is 600.

Am I missing something? When did you transition to a trail runner and ultra-marathoner? While awesome, I'm not sure how I feel about another top marathoner making me look foolish on the trails as I finish 4 hours behind you in the next ultra. Hahahaha.

Well I wouldn't say I am one or the other but I was planning to run the Wasatch 100 this year. Unfortunately my knee got jacked between Ogden and SP50 so it's looking like my 100 debut will have to wait until next year. :(

It looks like we're both in the cripple camp together. Let me know if you'd like to join me on a ride sometime.

By the way, if the Wasatch 100 is out and you're looking for a challenge, you might consider this:

I've been a couple of times, and I think I may go again this year.

That race looks intense and just might cure my need for something different and challenging. It would be great to ride sometime. I usually head up the canyons when I go alone and I occasionally ride with FFKR on Sundays. Do you still ride with a club? I would be up for a ride any Saturday or Sunday or really early on a weekday.
