Unfortunately the recovery has been much slower than expected and my hopes of running the Wasatch 100 in September are fading quickly. I refuse to do nothing so in addition to my weekly PT and exciting gym workouts, I will probably bike more and possibly mix in some cycling races....quite frustrating to say the least.
Congrats on the PR and top finish this weekend! Looks like you had a great race. It must be that clean SLC air or...hard work.

sorry to hear that recovery has been slow. injuries are so frustrating. i am glad you have other options you can focus on, though. best of luck.
