| Tried running in Torrey, UT but only made it .37 miles then had to turn around and walk back to the motel....I guess the run on Friday, or maybe all of the runs compounded over the last month, combined with the bike ride was the final straw for my knee (ITBS). I am a bit smarter this go round so hopefully it won't take 4 to 5 months to recover. | Add Comment |

| 10 minutes on the stairmaster but that hurt my knee so I tried 30 minutes on the step machine that spins like a treadmill (called a Stepmill). This was the first time I have used one for over a few minutes. It is easier on my knee because I don't get into a running motion but it's still a good workout. Did 4 miles in 30 minutes. |
