I broke my streak of going to spin class on Tuesdays and decided to run instead.  The instructor must think that I got in an accident.

I felt pretty good considering the longer runs this weekend.  ~6:22 pace around Holladay and Sugar House.  I wore compression socks for the first time mostly just to keep my legs warm.  I think I am a fan.  The stretchy gloves didn't hack it though so next time I will have to break out the ski gloves.

Agreed. Do you race your marathons in them? I am considering it for Mesquite. What brand do you where? Mine are a semi no name brand so I am considering getting a pair of CEPs.
