2 miles on eliptical, 2 miles @ 6:45, 2.25 @ 5:55, 1.25 & 4:56. After .25 at 12.1 mph the treadmill started squeaking and smelling funny. It's probably broken.

Wow, I think it's a mark of honor to blow up the treadmill from running too fast. Kind of like breaking the backboard with a dunk in basketball. Haha.

In high school I bent the face mask of my football helmet on someone's knee. Comparing this to breaking a backboard is a stretch. :) I can't even touch the rim.
