Hang in there! I talked with your mom for a bit before the race Saturday and she said you were working through some injuries.

Be patient Fritz, what are your thoughts on Chicago?

From steve ash on Tue, Sep 13, 2011 at 15:14:49 from 24.10.169.210

Glad to hear it:) You are a helluva runner. But like Fiddy said; Be patient..

From Fritz on Tue, Sep 13, 2011 at 19:36:47 from 65.116.116.6

I wouldn't call it running but I was moving faster than the walkers. Chicago is out of the question at this point but I did sign up for CIM. I figure if I can get back to running regularly by the end of this month I will have plenty of time to prepare for it.

Patience is obviously not my forte but I think I am getting smarter (slowly) with age.
