5 miles on elliptical.  Quads are better than yesterday but it still feels like they were hit with a hammer.

PM: road up Millcreek to get out of the heat and wind.  Quads felt better after the ride than before. There must be some truth to this active recovery concept.

Thanks for posting. That was the "hustle and don't fall" section of the course. Our IT guy would probably rather post a picture of a motocross bike but I will ask.
