I did zero running today because I figured the Boston runners will make up for it.

The heat must really be getting to them. The 1/2 splits were all significantly slower than what they are capable of. Jake at 5:21 pace, Jeff 6:05, Walter 6:08, Steve 6:14. Still nearly half to go...

Jake is still running to his plan although we don't know how hard he is working to do it. Fingers crossed.

Brutal race! Everybody seems to be really dragging. When the winning time for the women is slower than 2:30 and 2:12 for the men, you know something was up.
