I have a new shirt that has been causing some serious chaffing. Today I used some masking tape and it held up great.
11 miles in about 6:20 last two in 5:30. Hips are still sore from basketball.
Nike Lunar Swift 3 Miles: 13.50
Treadmill Miles: 13.50

You made a shirt out of masking tape? Sweet :), sounds like something Sasha would do.
I prefer duct tape.
Are you training for something specific or just running?

The masking tape was in the place of those dumb band aids. Much cheaper too.
Oh, I am always training for something. Here is my tentative schedule for 2011. I will also mix in 5 and 10ks.
