Ran up 15th east to the U and back on Foothill.  I woke up at 8:05, out the door by 8:15, back by 9:30, left at 9:37, pit stop at 7 Eleven, arrived at my softball game at 9:55 with 5 mins to spare.  Played a triple header and finished 1-2.  I will take the blame for the second game because I popped out with one runner on in the bottom of the 7th.  Choke!

For the run I averaged 6:12 because I was sort of in a hurry.

How in the world did I pop out in the 7th? I know, I know. I sucked it up. Kryptonite would have come in handy today because real sports (not running) actually require upper body strength, which I am lacking. This running stuff is really cramping my baseball, football, golf, and tennis careers. At least I am still good at bowling.
