South on Wasatch Blvd to the top of Suncrest and back on 13th West. The fact that I did't bonk is a good sign. For every 10 mins on my bike I get 1 cross training mile.
Bike Miles: 54.00

Despite the wind it was a beautiful day. You mentioned a black hole in your training. Well if it makes you feel any better I haven't really been able to run since 3/9 because of a strained hamstring, hence all the cross training/biking. Aren't hamstrings the dumbest? I was planning to run the Riverton Half but I doubt it's feasible at this point.
Good luck getting back into your routine. You did have quite the stretch for awhile. If there is a miracle I will see you in Riverton.
