1/2 hour on the stair stepper and then 10 miles at about 6:30 pace and 1.5% incline on the treadmill.  The gym was extra busy today because of the rain.  What I don't understand is why most of the TVs were set to infomercials when we could have been watching football.

yes I do. Our building is behind the Market Street Grill. Unfortunately we don't sell many running shoes.

I am currently working from home while my company moves into those same office buildings. We are moving in the first week of November, we should try and meet up sometime and go for a run.

Definitely. I find the location very convenient and there are lots of good running routes in the area. We are in the building titled Old Mill III. We have a couple of showers on the bottom floor and I can only assume the other building do too. Let me know when you have moved in.
