Elliptical at the gym then 2 hour mountain bike ride. My hip is not feeling good so I think I need to layoff the running for a few days until I see the physical therapist on Thursday. Odds of running the Top of Utah 1/2 are going down. :(
A fun day at the gym on the stairmaster and elliptical. I think I might have set a PR for most floors in an hour but I forgot to look at the machine when I got off. :(
