Run on the treadmill at the casino in Las Vegas with $20 skateboarding shoes I bought at Ross Dress for Less on the Vegas Strip. I forgot my running shoes, only had shoes without laces and I didn't want to buy dumpy running shoes that I would only wear once. I got down to a 5 minute pace at the end right at the time I was started to get a blister.
