Rode up Big Cottonwood and totaled 51 miles in just under 3 hours.  Headwind was brutal coming down and one of my contacts fell out. Boo. The MarketStar guy dropped me on the way down because his calves are bigger than mine. Perfect weather for a ride.

Nice run today.

I bet it was chilly. It was high 40s when I got to Brighton.

Hopefully my quads get bigger. My compression shorts aren't tight enough.

Even with the later start, it was nice and cool the entire time (strong headwinds in both directions of course with an an additional cooling effect). My wife and kids wore jackets while playing at the creek.
