Ran with Adam at the UofU track. Ended up doing 20x300 and jogging the 100s in between. Kept the quarters a bit under 90 seconds. The basketball team was nice enough to stay out of our way today.

300s are much better than 400s :) Next week I think Jake will join us for 20x200s hot/cold as he describes them. We could use more more company to fend off the basketball team in case you and/or James are interested. The UofU track is spiffy and much softer than Highland.

No girls for these track workouts... Allie, devra, etc will just make us run too fast :-)
Nice session today. I usually find that keeping the average pace faster on a workout like this is a better indicator of how fit you are, instead of just looking at the fast parts.
