Ran through Research Park to the end of the dirt road near Red Butte and back. Sped up for a few miles on the way back. Some day I might try a flat run.
PM: a couple of miles around the office because I didn't make it to bootcamp. Stupid meetings.

Did you touch the fence? No purpose in running flat. Even when I can run west from my house and stay flat, I tend to go east to the hills.

I didn't touch the fence...doh. I also never run to the west. We could be good trail runners if we live in the Olympus Cove or upper aves.
