Good tempo miles at a hotel near LAX. I didn't see any point in running outside unless I had time to run in beverly hills, which I didn't. Used the blow dryer for the first time this morning which was pretty cool.

They went fairly well because of my coffee consumption. Also spent 16 on cpk and starbucks at the airport to renergize. Let's just say my nutrition is lacking.
