5 miles on the elliptical with 3 of them at threshold. I would equate the effort to low 5 min. miles. Then 5 more miles on the stair master and 100 hamstring curls and abductions.

I'd love to see that. I didn't know the elliptical could go 5 min pace. Without the handles flying off.

You are pretty much Lord of the cross-training realm. Threshold effort on an elliptical--I would love to see how fast got that thing going..

Half of it is cranking the resistance so my rpms probably aren't much faster than running. It can be very exhausting. Looking at Brandon's blog it looks like he has figured it out.
