6,6,5,3,3,3 minute intervals on the stairmaster. Hoping a few days off from running will fix the achilles.

It seems like the stairmaster would put quite a lot of strain on the achilles?

Yeah, you would think so. I guess I don't get up on my toes too much and the real strain comes during my stride.
