30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes of cross training.  Except for the sore hamstring I feel better than expected.  I plan to take the dusty road bike for a spin tomorrow which will be the first ride of the year.  Pathetic I know.

We'll all cut you a little slack.

Yeah as long as you get out for a LCC/BCC/MillCreek/Emigration combo ride, we'll cut you some slack.

That's about a 7 hour, 110 mile, 12,000 feet of climbing endeavor that I won't be doing today. When do you want to do it?

Never! :-)

Hey, lets go for a ride sometime. I start at my office and usually go South down Wasatch and up Little Cottonwood, or North around the Zoo.

Rob, Do you ride in the mornings or after work? Any interest in an early morning ride before work tomorrow starting at about 6:30?

From Rob on Thu, May 24, 2012 at 11:03:23 from 204.15.86.95

I usually ride in the mornings. I could probably go tomorrow if you wanted. I'm going to Anaheim for a week after that.
