I get just as tired regardless of how fast I run so to save time I suppose I should run faster more often.

Nice speed Fritz! When are the gyms going to get treadmills that go over 12 mph?

Fritz needs a treadmill that goes to at least 15mph to prep for the opening miles of Des News

Sometimes I randomly find a treadmill at the 24 hour fitness that goes over 12 mph but I think it's because the machine is broken. I suspect there is a speed governor that just needs to be removed. I will search the internet to see if I can find out where it is. Or what if we all chipped in and bought one of these for around 15 to 30k?

The ELG tops out at 25 mph and 35% of elevation, it can even reach -5% elevation for over-speed training.

That's very similar to the one they have in the Saucony lab, except that theirs has a split belt and force plates on both sides. Goes for about $100K.
Somehow I don't think I'd get my money's worth out of a group purchased treadmill.

Nice run, Fritz! I'm with you on feeling just as tired on the "easy" days. My problem is usually not enough sleep. I've got to find a safe drug to slip into my kids' dinner that slowly puts them to sleep around 8 pm.

Nice progression run! Did you decide on a race this weekend?

I probably won't race this weekend but will do some type of workout instead. Scott, Any runs being organized for Saturday in Utah County? Draper Days 5k is a possibility for the 21st.
