Thanks. I was a little bummed to miss it as it has been one my favorites in past year. I am sure, however, that I wouldn't have given Riley or Ben any competition. Are you still gearing up for the Pocatello/LOTOJA/SGM triple again?

I am probably going to do all three again. However, there is one less week between SGM and the other events this year. That, combined with my advancing age and status of my fitness this year, I probably won't race Pocatello. Maybe just do it as a long run/workout of some sort.
