Ran around the U and Sugarhouse in the blustery wind.  Fairly glad I didn't go out to Sacramento to run CIM today.  Forecast called for 20-25 mph winds and a half an inch of rain.

For those who didn't hear Gregg Popovich, the Spurs head coach, sent a few of his best players home rather than have them play against the Miami Heat at the end of a road trip.  As a result the NBA commissionner fined the team $250,000. Stern "concluded the Spurs did a disservice to the league and our fans."

Just for fun I got in a little debate with some NBA fans on ESPN.com. I should probably change my account name.

That comment was the end of the conversation probably because the threads get buried very quickly. It was actually surprising that it lasted as long as it did.

To test out basketball again I got another gym membership so I can play with some guys from work. Hopefully it doesn't put me on the hamstring IR again.

BTW, I think I will re-retire from basketball because I am still sore from the 30 minute session on Wednesday.
