LR with Nate, JP and Evan out on the Jordan River and Legacy Parkways. Inhaled lots of nats but perfect conditions otherwise.

Averaged 6:39 but no tempo miles.  Those will come next week.

How far north did you go Fritz? I live just off of the Legacy Parkway right before the 2nd mile marker.

We started at 1800 N and ran 10 miles north. That means we turned around at the 8 mile mark on the Legacy Parkway.

Nice. If you get out on the parkway much more this winter, I would love to join. I have my eyes set on a 2:45 at Ogden. It is going to take some work.

We will probably be doing this same run next Sunday with 8 to 10 at MP. You are more than welcome to join us. I didn't know whether or not you ran on Sundays.

Thanks. I am hit or miss for Sunday runs for sure. I would like to get out but I am often tied down in the mornings. I will keep you posted. Do you have set runs for Saturdays?
