Ran with Adam and Collin on pipeline then down the canyon for another 7 miles. I figured a few more downhill miles could only help for SGM.

Even though you don't write out a training program, you are a creature of intense habit. This all feels very familiar. And I'm sure the result will follow. When was the last time you ran alone!

Me, creature of habit? Probably next to the definition in Websters.
I haven't thought about it but it has been quite a while since I did a completely solo run. Far cry from the years of 1999 to 2009 where 98% of my runs were solo. Running can actually be somewhat enjoyable when I don't run solo. Go figure. With our new recruits we are almost to the point that we could just set a schedule for Tuesday, We'd and Thursday and at least a couple of people will show up. Could be the beginning of a "SLC Crew" that could rival those in the north and south.
