8 miles on the treadmill.  No joke.  The hamstring was a bit creaky but held up ok.  Today is sure to be a good day.

PM: 1 mile on the treadmill then hamstring PT. Progress.

Glad it held up okay. What's the update on St. George? You still thinking about doing it?

If I can get in at least one half marathon (maybe Big Cottonwood on Sept 22) and a couple of weeks of 70 to 80 miles I should be good to go. I should know if that's doable within the next few days. If only I could hire someone to do my PT for me. :)

Well, my PT seems to be making me worse, so you might not be missing much!

XTerra on the 23rd! You gotta beat Max! And not shatter your bones running down BCC :-)

I like the huge, bold 8 on your report. I hope things continue to improve for you. I'd love to see you healthy for STG.
