Nice run from the zoo to the top of Little Mountain and back with Kevin and Josh. It's almost starting to feel a bit like fall. Averaged around 7 for the run. This time I think we can blame Josh for pushing it on the downhill.

I have never tried that stuff. What do you think? At first I thought you were talking about Naan the bread because I suspected you stole some from the Indian Buffet. Strava's profile says 1,300 ft up and this about 1,100 which looks more accurate.

My wife gave it to me as a birthday present. It's sort of known as Gatorade without sugar. I remarked on if it because my legs were cramping after the run and the cramping went away after the drink.

I love those tabs. Super easy to take with you and use whenever. I like to throw them in club soda or some sparkling water to its a little more effervescent.

Sounds like a fun run. Smart week after your marathon!
