20 mile run with Jon, Jacob and Mickey from Jon's house to the top of Little Mountain and back.  We averaged around 6:55 up to the top then planned to just run by feel coming down. Of course that turned into us taking turns pushing the pace so we ended up running faster than I intended. Miles 13 to 18 were 5:36,5:26,5:26,5:26,5:08,5:36 and the total run averaged 6:18 with ~1,650 ft up and down. We ticked off many cyclists who apparently think it's a law to run/bike in a line.

i'm seeing some new names around here -- it's nice that you have people to run with nearly every day. looks like you had a good little "race" going down emigration. nice run.

Nice run!

Cyclists live to be ticked off. It's part of their DNA.

Mickey has run with us in the past but not often because he lives in Heber. Jacob is Jon's roommate and a 4:01 miler who also ran at BYU. He is getting in shape for SGM and should be a top contender. This run, however, he hit the wall at 18 and walked it in.

Nice one!
