1 hour on the elliptical. Maintained cadence of around 215. I might try running tomorrow to test out the hamstring.

I guess that translates to ~107 per leg which equates to low 5's in running I think. I bought a metronome awhile back to run with but the beeping drove me crazy so I haven't used it much.
