Great run with Josh on the Jeremy Ranch road then soaked in the creek. We were planning 16 to 18 then just decided to make it an even 10 on the way out, thus 20 for the total. Longest run since the end of March but felt pretty good. Averaged just around 7.

Fritz, I just noticed you are on top of the mileage board for this week! I know that, most of all, this is what you shoot for :) Nothing is more important to you :) You know I'm joking.

Uh oh. We don't want that to happen. I am calling Josh to tell him to go run another mile. I guess I shouldn't run tomorrow.

Thanks Christie and Matt. I loved it out there today.

Matt, Are you running Draper Days or DesNews? I am 50/50 on Draper Days but want to run either the half or 10k at Desnews. The full is very tempting too :)

Lol Fritz!

I'm planning to run Des News 10k. I'm unsure about Draper Days -- I'd love to do it, but it depends on how my legs respond this week (currently they are thrashed). I look forward to seeing you at either or both races. Tough decision for you (the Des News options). I love that the full tempts you (you pretty much own that race :)

Hopefully they'll add a Des News 30K, split the difference for you.

Don't do the full!! You're just now getting healthy and strong again!

Running a marathon doesn't have to break things although the odds are higher in DesNews. Fortunately tomorrow morning I probably won't be as tempted. Time to go to sleep.

great to see you do this LR Fritz. Hopefully the injuries are behind you and you can be back on to racing soon. The running world misses ya for sure. Is SGM still in the mix?
