Looped SHP then ran with the gang around Millcreek.  I think we talked about Ragnar more than the US Half Championship, which doesn't exactly make sense.  I guess Ragnar really is a big deal.

I just wanted to say how much respect I have for you running so many solid marathons. I just ran my second and like many people was humbled. To consistently run fast times and place high in every marathon you do is quite an achievement. Great job and keep up the good work!

RAGNAR is roughly 200 miles long, making it roughly 15 times more impressive than some silly 13.1 miler. People literally do a DOZEN training runs in the 6 months leading up to RAGNAR to prepare.

Thanks Derek. I had my fair share, and still do, of humbling experiences. :) Just this spring I literally walked into the finish of the Buffalo Run. With each you will get smarter.

Jake- 12 is more than 0. I guess if I approached Ragnar like I do my softball games (not seriously) maybe it would be fun.
