The heat intimidated me so I resorted to the air conditioned gym.  45 minutes on bike and some elliptical just for fun.

There was also a rare Rob siting while he was pounding out some miles on the TM.  Back in 2009 before I knew Rob I always wondered who that guy was who always wore a running singlet and who was typically running when I arrived and still running when I left.  Now I am fortunate enough to tell people, "I know that guy."

Besides chatting with Rob, the other exciting event at the gym was hearing an old favorite song that I haven't heard forever.  Bruce!  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZarmRLa2p9Q

It should be a blog rule that one of us needs to post a Bruce song every week. Especially with July 4th coming up. The Boss = America!

I will look out for your post with "Born in the USA" and some more USA flag short pics.

That's funny Fritz because when that song came on I was thinking that the quality of the MUZAK at the gym was really improving.Late Sunday morning seems to be classic rock time as opposed to at night on when you get the club mix.

That album (Born in the USA) came out when I was a freshman in college. We road tripped to Raleigh, NC to see The Boss.
