20 miles with a big crew - Jake, Andrea, Allie, Emily J, Rob, Bryan, Cam, Dan, Matt, Scott, Steve, and Adam. I had to steal the list of names from Jake because he is good with names.  It was great meeting some new people and catching up with some who I haven't seen for awhile. During the run it felt like I worked out some kinks and I felt more energized at the end than at the start.

Good run this morning Fritz. Always a pleasure! We gotta keep this going... when we start doing some harder workouts, it will be nice to be able to push each other.

It was a good time. Thanks again for organizing.

I am looking forward to you kicking my butt in the harder workouts. Watching the trials now and looks like I could keep up for....maybe 2 miles. :) I checked out the book Daniel's Running Formula. Would you recommend that or another?

That is a good book. Daniel's workout paces are very challenging in my opinion, but he gives you a good idea of how to setup a program. Lots of good information in that book for sure.
