15 miles with 1% incline on the treadmill in 1:35 (oddly I ended up on a treadmill that times out in 1:35). Last 7 at about 6 min pace. Felt ok. The ankle is now more sore than the foot. Go figure.

Fritz, if you're getting ready to test it out, come run our 5K. Running of the Leopards 5K, 1-2% down for the majority, flat and about 500 meters of 1% incline just before mile one. It is not a course that beats you up as many of our downhill races but is very fast with a good field of athletes coming.
