slight wrench/scalpel thrown into the training plan. All of the Halloween fun must have upset my gallbladder so it needed to be removed Saturday morning. Fortunately the doctor did a "laparoscopic cholecystectomy" so the recovery won't be as bad. The bummer is that I probably can't run CIM now.  I was feeling really good about it because the added miles were coming easier than I thought they would and for some reason I have had more energy lately.

tough break.... Was really looking forward to what you put together at CIM. Recover fast and maybe a spring/ Houston marathon??
