fun day in the pool.  The cortisone shot must have sucked all lubrication from my knee because now it creaks every time I bend it.  Hopefully that goes away soon.

WD-40 injection next.

Sorry it hasn't given you much relief... I know they usually take a few days for the benefits to really be noticed. Hope that happens for you soon.

Good to see that you will be honored as a distinguished alumni of Olympus High. I hope your injuries start healing.

Cortisone shots are bad:( sorry for the long injury hope you get better soon. So no Boston?

From Fritz on Sat, Apr 13, 2013 at 20:49:18 from 67.177.4.64

nope, no Boston this year. I qualified for the first time in 2000 so I figured waiting another year isn't a big deal :)

That's the great thing about Boston, it will be there waiting for you. If ericka qualifies we might go next year. Get better, get strong, and run smart:)
