Treadmill and then basketball for an hour. Much improved over last week as my shooting percentage increased by 100% from .100 to .200 and I didn't hurt anything.

Hille, Of course not nearly as dominating as this memorable game but I was definitely better than I am now.
Here is the info on the run this Saturday. It would be great if you could make it. Looks like there will be another good turnout and people of all speeds.
For those planning ahead, this long run meeting spot for this Saturday (12/15) will be the 6200S park and ride (8:00am). We'll do some variation of the Wasatch/Zoo run.
