Shoveling, again, then 11 miles on TM and 5 miles on the stairmaster. My back is holding up quite well. PT and stretching afterwards.

I'm just getting ready to head out and shovel again myself. This storm is the first one in the three years I've lived here that made me really think twice about investing in a snow blower. But I'm pretty cheap so I probably won't still.

Great. I was meaning to ask. Did you get the new Flywire model, version 3?
Or verison 2? Looks like version 2 are going for about $50 on the internet which is a great deal. I have only used version 2.

I like the "inches shoveled" measure you recommended earlier this week. This storm has been a doozy! The other option is to have teenagers and send them out to shovel for you-ha ha ha! (use your evil man voice) That said, I"m not aware of any way to get teenagers that doesn't involve a bit of up-front work.
We missed you this morning. Let's get that body of yours back and healthy so I can add another rabbit to chase around the track :-)
