Rather cold and icey outside so I ran at the gym on the TM.  3x1mile with 1% incline at 5:13,5:07,4:58.  Finished with 1x400.

Great job Fritz! You are ready for an awesome race this weekend.

Can't wait for Sunday! It should be a good one. Your treadmill exceeds 12mph?

Is this the lowest number of TM runs in a marathon buildup ever? I imagine you've run some mid-summer marathon with more runs on the mill :-)

Some TM's at my gym go over 12mph's and I was lucky enough to get one. After the race is over I will let you know the top end. Didn't want to pull a hammy.

@jake- definitely lower than ever before for any race for anytime of the year. The 24hour electric bill is benefiting, and hopefully I am too.

They could save some money by turning down the hot tub temp at the SH location. Its 1 or 2 degrees too high. I'm a 9th East / Murray guy now.
