Ran with Nate and Mickey on the JRP and Legacy Parkway. Luckily the weather cleared a bit right before we got started. 7 mile warm up then 8 at 5:32,5:23,5:23,5:22,5:22,5:22,5:28,5:28. The last two felt harder than the others yet they were slower so I think those miles have some rollers. It was great to get this one done and have a couple of guys to do it with.

Way to get it done. I was wondering how the weather was down there when I was running through a few inches of snow but it sounds like it worked out great.

After a run like this, you want to spend the rest of the day wearing pajamas. Even for a dinner party.

Nice job, I'm already looking forward to getting in a long run with you this upcoming weekend.

I actually changed into the pajamas to go to the dinner party because it was semi-formal. I wore my nice jeans to do my yard work.

Looking great Fritz!
