Ran with Josh, Jon and Nate from Highland out to 6200 S. on Holladay Blvd and back through the neighborhoods. Finished with a few around SHP.  Around 7:10 pace for first 8, into the wind, then ran an 8 mile tempo back to Highland High.  Splits were 5:46, 5:42, 5:41, 5:44, 5:52, 5:38, 5:34, 5:26. Felt pretty good about the run and pace considering there were lots of rollers on the way back.

This run puts me at 63 actual running miles for the week. It's been a few months since I did that.

nice to see you are getting the mileage back up.

"into the wine" -- great way to start off a tempo run.

thanks for catching that. I fixed it so I wouldn't be flagged. I don't think we grow much wine around here.

Nice work Fritz :). Good to see you on the mend.

I liked the into the wine part too...Sounds like a great relaxing way to start a run.

You and Kotter have some nice synchronization like you've run together a bit. Congrats on getting the miles back up.

Great run by all of y'all. MIH Fritz. Glad you're healing. No more injuries for anyone.

Nice run today, Fritz! I'm VERY happy to see you running again. Let the destruction by Fritz begin.
