Ran up and down Emigration from the zoo with Jon and JP. Dan and Anthony joined us for the first 5. 7:05 average up and around a 5:50 average coming down for 6:25 average for the run. Always a fun, elbow bumping time, running with Jon.  JP looked especially strong today and should crush his3 hour PR in a couple of months.

Best of all the sky and air were perfectly clear only a mile up the canyon.

I wish I could have joined this run. I would like to get some faster turnover down that canyon soon. Another solid week for you.

Nice run. You're average pace going up was equal to mine coming down.
